Effff you Facebook!

This was my profile picture, Facebook considered it nudity/offensive, and deleted it.

So freaking frustrating.

Im not sure how I screwed my blog up as much as I have today.. I just wanted a pretty background!! :( I need to learn how to do all of this stuff!
Its already nearly 11:00! awesomeness! I was figuring the day would drag! Sadly, my blog is all I have done today. LOL Other than pay a bill, Which was about as frustrating at this blog today! Well, I'm off now, to get coffee, like I didnt PLAN on doing :D

I'm ALONE!

I'm sitting at home alone today, so figured I'd change the blog up a little, and make it prettier! ;) Shabbyblogs is a great place for pretty blog backgrounds! Im totally awful at this whole coding process, so, it helped me a ton! Even gives step by step instructions on how to make it work! ;) Thats perfect!
Ryder is gone to his Daddys for a few days while he hunts, :D Its good for him to visit the Stokes, but, somehow I miss the little brat ;) Even when I think of the peanut butter that was smeared on my tv last week, and the poop that was smeared on the door.. oh wait, I dont miss him as much now! Kidding, I still do.

Eve and Ethan are at school--I love that place! ;) I need to go out and get a coffee, but I am FAR too lazy for that still :D Maybe around noon I'll get up and do something productive.. oh wait.. going to get coffee isnt productive?! Then, I wont do anything productive, but, I MAY go get coffee-Even tho I am trying to cut back ;)

Im totally in love with the "Nothin' but the 90's" Its a channel on my satellite, :D I watch/listen to it far too often!! :D Yes, I need a life! ;)

Randomness

First post from my cell phone-I'm currently laying in bed because I fell and injured myself- its hurtin a lot. I was hanging lights at the time :). Also, I started to decorate at the cemetary- but am not satisfied with how it looks, :(

It's a BOY!

No, I'm not having a baby!! :)
But, we DID get a little caterpillar in Sept, and it is NOW a beautiful(Handsome?!) Monarch butterfly! I took pictures of the entire process. It took a while, but, finally, we have a buttefly.

This, is the only bear Damian will see this Week..

Sadly, he didnt get a bear, but, atleast he had a good time, and I have also now earned MY child free week! Right? ;) Happy Birthday Damian (yesterday!!) Love you!

Back to School!!

Could I be any happier? probably. but, still, I love it!
As you can tell, since its October, I am a bit behind, but, atleast I can update on how School is going right? :)
Eve is doing great in school, loves her teacher and is behaving this year, its SUCH a relief! She also still gets to see her old teacher in the library--shes seriously in love with that teacher :D
Ethan is doing okay, I think its a bit too much for him, and I'm not sure hes exactly ready, but, I dont want to give up yet. He does love school. He wrote his name on the weekend, and did amazing!! I was very excited!

The Story of the Gourds...

Last year, I had a couple gourds out as decorations with the pumpkins, after Halloween, I threw them under the back porch, and thought nothing of it, I figured they'd just rot or something?!
Then, Damian got his dogs..
They decided the gourds looked yummy.. and decided to eat them, they fertilized the seeds I guess, and, suddenly we had a plant growing, that I had no idea what it was, at first I thought cucumber? then I thought maybe pumpkins, or watermelon. You know, something useful! :D
Finally, it took over my yard, so I needed to cut it all down, I had still intended on using the gourds as decorations, but, some lovely neighbourhood child smashed them 2 nights ago. RIP Gourds!

Umm, What to say after a day like today? :/

So, changing the topic for the rest of today,
10 days ago, I went to Buffalo, and went in Dicks Sporting goods with D and the kids,
We went up the escalator, to the fishing/hunting areas, and on our way down, Ethan suddenly decided he was scared and didnt get on the escalator, once I noticed he wasnt on, I tried to run up to be with him, help him down..
Anyways, flip flop got stuck, jammed my toes into the escalators step, lots of stitches later--it still hurt. :)

I'm just updating from my iPod right now, I'm having a NOT ME Sunday, kinda inspired by Mckmama(http://mycharmingkids.net/), but she's a happier/nicer mom than me, especially today!
Please Eve.. Call Damian to come see if your room is clean--NOT ME!
Ryder--thanks for flooding the floor/making it leak downstairs into my kitchen. Who will repair that!? NOT ME!!
Damian.. You want MY mood to improve today? Take the kids out for a bit!! NOT ME! I won't be.
Don't worry tho, I know I'm not allowed childfree/man free time, I know *I* don't deserve such a thing.. NOT ME!!
Who will be crying when their kids start school??? definately NOT ME!

In fact, I may crack open a drink, or 12.

Eve's 6th Birthday.. and Ryders 2nd!

Eve&Ryder shared a birthday party this year--because we rented a bounce house! :)
With Eves birthday being July 20th, and Ryders July 7th, I decided I cant be bothered to do two different parties ;) Soo, We had a joint one! :) The kids had alot of fun!
They didnt USE the bounce house as much as these pictures make it look like they did--which was a bit disappointing! ;)
Ryder got a Cozy Coupe car for his birthday, altho, I apparently did NOT take a pic of it.. oops! Could be cause he likes the old broken one more ;)

Wow, Again with the way late Blog entry. Can you tell we've been busy? :)
We spent a week in New York with Damians family, thats ALOT of people in one small house. :D We went swimming at a beach there, the kids LOVED it! :D Heres some pics, Even one of the deer we seen!

I'm having a miserable day..its not even 9am

So, my kids woke up EARLY..like, before 6am.
Eve decided to OPEN juice boxes, and SQUEEZE them into a big cup-for who knows what reason! so, she was sent to bed, then Ethan thought it'd be fun to throw ALL the cushions on the floor, and turn the tv up loud. So, he was sent back to bed, now he just stuck something in Ryder's EAR!

What makes children think all this crap is acceptable???? Ugh!
Drinks please? Im sure its 5:00 SOMEWHERE! I'd prefer it be 8:00pm tho ;)

Fun Fair!

We went to the Fun Fair at Thompson Creek School, it was a fundraiser for the school, the kids LOVED it-oOh, other than poor Ryder who fell of the playground and had a bloody head!

Can't Sleep...

Its currently 2:28am, and I cant sleep. Could be that I am outta pop? or stressed over bills and crap? or just generally not tired. All 3 are bothering me at the moment.

Isnt the baby turtle super cute?? :) We love it!
The tadpole--we have 20 of them, they are Bullfrog Tadpoles, so we will probably not witness them change into frogs very quickly.. we've had them a little over a month now I think--and so far, just back legs! Uh oh.. Long project! ;)
The Goslings are- 2 days old for the smaller ones, and 2 weeks old for the others, the bigger ones, are Canada Geese!

Our Family Vacation

We just got back from a 5 day vacation upnorth @ my Grandpas cottage, it was alot of fun, we ended up painting the old bus PINK! --pretty sure I've mentioned the dirty old bus before ;) LOL
ANYWAYS.. it turned out great! We intend to work on the inside next time we go--in a couple weeks!
